Core to our HR transformation agenda is our HRIS Center of Excellence where we design, develop, and support key HR technologies for our global locations across three continents. We have an exciting opportunity in our Human Resource Information Systems Team and will be responsible for Application Support for Workday applications and mainly looking into Workday Functional. The ideal candidate will: Hands on experience on Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Security. Help resolve Workday functional related support issues for the customer efficiently and effectively. Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution. Gather the required information necessary to best handle technical inquiries Resolving the issues through Service Now tool and email communication channels Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by provide quick response Extensively research and document customer technical issues Have good solution-oriented mindset and analytical skills Ownership in resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability What Youll Bring: Overall, around 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Functional mainly in HCM and Security modules. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Functional area Experience in Workday Core HCM/Security/Reporting modules and handling it independently Add on experience on in any of the following modules is preferred- Compensation, Recruiting Working on security related changes, critical report creations, HCM configuration changes Responsible for configuration, maintenance of the product Primarily support tickets and working on enhancement projects based on the requirements Proactively monitor the queue in Service Now and work for resolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in Agile, ITIL methodologies a plus Bachelors Degree Workday HCM functional modules are mandatory mainly HCM/Security/Reporting Familiarity with HCM support Framework is a must.
