Job Description : Software Developer
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in the development of SmartHub-our next-generation web platform designed to revolutionize project management, sensor data analysis, and asset management in the AEC sector.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead the end-to-end development of the SmartHub application, ensuring robust architecture and high-quality code.
2. Build and maintain frontend and backend components using our core technology stack: Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
3. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and domain experts to transform business requirements into technical implementations.
4. Continuously explore and integrate emerging technologies and trends to enhance project performance and user experience.
5. Drive rapid development cycles while maintaining a strong focus on stability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
2. 0-3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, supported by a strong project portfolio.
3. Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Redux, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL is mandatory.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex software projects.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for clean, efficient code.
6. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in the AEC domain or with IoT-based platforms.
2. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
3. Understanding of Agile development methodologies and team collaboration tools.

Pay: ₹469,149.96 - ₹600,910.91 per year
