Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in Python/Java to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services.

● Build robust, scalable, and secure APIs.

● Optimize database performance and design efficient data models.

● Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to

deliver seamless solutions.

● Debug and resolve backend issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

● Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.

Python/Java

RESTful APIs.

(e.g., MySQL,

PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Skills

● Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

microservices architecture.

DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

(e.g., SQS).

● Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.

AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
