Floto is building an Agentic OS for Feedback — helping product teams capture and act on the right feedback at the right time so they can build products users love.

Our first app, Yo (a Figma plugin), helps designers generate user personas, run heuristic evaluations, and run AI-driven user interviews instantly. We’re now adding more features to Yo and extending our platform into multi-agent systems — powering growth agents and email agents that enable advanced feedback collection and analysis.

We’re early but moving fast. We’ve validated our product with our early users, and now we’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help define the architecture, ship features quickly, and shape the engineering culture from day one.

Role

• Own end-to-end features: from designing agent workflows to shipping React/Next.js frontends and backend APIs.
• Shape the product: collaborate directly with founders on product direction and execution.
• Build scalable foundations: design modular systems (LangGraph-based agent orchestration, cloud infra, data pipelines) that support both rapid experimentation and enterprise adoption.
• Prototype fast: turn rough specs or raw ideas into working tools (plugins, extensions, dashboards, feedback systems).
• Set the culture: establish engineering best practices, documentation standards, and CI/CD workflows

What we are looking for?

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Full-stack builder: strong experience with TypeScript/React/Next.js, backend services (Node.js), and familiarity with GCP services (Cloud Run, Firebase).
• LLM/agentic systems: hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, and comfortable with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
• Strong fundamentals: able to debug complex systems, write clean abstractions, and scale prototypes into production.
• Bias to action: you love shipping, iterating, and learning from users.
• Startup DNA: comfortable with ambiguity, resource constraints, and wearing many hats.
• Product mindset — from technical design to UX tradeoffs, you care about building the right thing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
