Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer to work closely with our Founding Engineering Team. This is a versatile role requiring flexibility across traditional and no-code/low-code platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks across teams. You will actively contribute to system architecture, implement technical solutions, and help drive innovation across projects.

This role is ideal for growth-driven individuals who are open to learning, exploring new tools and platforms, and investing extra effort when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Founding Engineering Team to design, build, and scale technical solutions.
• Work across multiple technology stacks—including backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Wordpress, Vercel, Azure Cloud).
• Contribute to system architecture, workflows, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Coordinate tasks across engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation efforts.
• Take ownership of assignments, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
• Embrace tasks requiring extra effort, cross-functional learning, and hands-on problem solving.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of software development experience or exceptional talent demonstrating strong technical ability.
• Experience with both traditional coding and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Growth-driven mindset with a passion for learning, experimentation, and taking initiative.
• Ability to work across multiple technologies and adapt quickly to new frameworks and platforms.
• Understanding of system architectures and ability to contribute to design and implementation.
• Analytical thinking and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Accountability, ownership, and openness to feedback.
• Comfort working directly with the senior leadership.
• Awareness of modern digital trends, user experience principles (e.g., intuitive, fast, mobile-first interfaces).
