Job Description – Compliance Officer We are hiring a Compliance Officer with a background in BAMS and hands-on experience in pharma production, packaging, or regulatory affairs . This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards at our Baddi facility. Key Responsibilities: Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, industry standards, and internal SOPs. Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct internal audits, detect non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate compliance records for audits and reviews. Training: Deliver compliance and ethics training for staff and new joiners. Risk Management: Identify potential risk areas and implement effective mitigation measures. ✅ Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Experience: 1–2 years in Regulatory Affairs / Quality / Compliance within a Pharma Production or Packaging setup. Preferred: Candidates registered with the Himachal Pradesh State Pharmacy Council (or willing to register). Skills: Strong knowledge of product quality standards and compliance processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Excellent communication (oral and written). Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and team collaboration abilities.
