Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 10–12 years in the industry, including 5+ years in a management role
- Proven expertise in developing and running large-scale, highly available, cloud-based distributed systems
- Strong background in OS fundamentals, data models, and distributed storage technologies
- Deep understanding of modern security principles and best practices
- Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, as well as troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform is a plus)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience in Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development
- Startup or Agile/SCRUM environment experience
- Hands-on experience with containerization, virtualization, and fleet orchestration
- Familiarity with networking protocols and building secure solutions
