At BelleVie, we are seeking a dynamic Strategic Alliance and Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a positive, engaging and goal oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to contribute towards revenue growth
Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities
Create and maintain reports, documentation, and project plans
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of business processes
Optimize operations for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Developing and implementing operational plans to ensure efficiency within the team

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or MBA degree in business, operations, marketing or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with Clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
