Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in Advanced Java and Core Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in software development, particularly in designing and implementing complex applications. As a key player in our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for actively participating in all stages of the project from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Advanced Java and Core Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
Implement new features and enhancements while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and improve team performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development practices.
Participate in Agile methodologies, engaging in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Java technologies.
Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
A passion for learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
