ABOUT THE ROLE As a SDE1 full stack developer , you will deliver world-class products while driving innovation across the team and organization. You will stay ahead of industry trends, research emerging technologies, and proactively enhance product functionality, user experience, and development speed. LOCATION Delhi/Bangalore/Mumabi WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience: Hands-on experience building and developing with LLM for code generation, automation or tooling Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development Familiarity with React ecosystem and component-based architecture Basic understanding of server-side development concepts Experience with version control systems (Git) Technical Requirements Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Backend: Node.js, Express or similar frameworks Database: Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases Tools: Git, npm/yarn, testing frameworks LLM: Experience building with LLMs Accountability & Integrity: Takes full ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility. Upholds high standards of integrity and ethics in all work-related activities. Demonstrates commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good to Have: Prior experience of working with startups Prior experience with educational technology products Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment Contributions to open-source projects WHAT YOU’LL DO Utilize LLMs for Various Use Cases: Apply LLMs in different stages of development, including researching, developing, debugging, and reviewing code Full-Stack Development: Work on both front-end and back-end components, gaining experience across the entire technology stack Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build cohesive features Learn & Improve: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to enhance your skills Participate: Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies to improve team outcomes Build: Develop reusable components, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality WHAT WE VALUE A strong passion for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
