Software Developer(.NET / MicroSoft Stack)

Role: Software Developer(.NET / MicroSoft Stack)

Experience: 3-8 Years

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Angular, Mobile UI/ UX, Web Developement, Unit Testing

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer with 3–5 years of experience in the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
You will work on building and enhancing business-critical applications using .NET technologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with emerging AI
tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure AI is highly desirable, as we continue to integrate intelligent features into our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy web and backend applications using the Microsoft stack (.NET
Core/Framework, C#, SQL Server, etc.).
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other developers to deliver high-quality
software.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Integrate third-party APIs and Microsoft services, including Azure-based tools and services.
Follow coding standards and best practices including secure coding, unit testing, and code reviews.
Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Explore and experiment with AI-enhanced development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or Power Platform AI features.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.

Proficiency in:

C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET
SQL Server and T-SQL
REST APIs and microservices
Visual Studio and Git (GitHub/Azure Repos)
Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Exposure to or interest in GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with front-end frameworks like Blazor, React, or Angular (used in Microsoft
environments).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in a Microsoft
environment.
