About the role

We are seeking a Software Developer/Engineer to design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications and tools that support our operational and business needs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with production and management systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with production and management systems.
• Optimize code and enhance application performance to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
• Manage and maintain databases, reporting systems, and automation tools.
• Support IT and automation initiatives across various departments.
• Document technical processes, system updates, and development workflows.
• Ensure software solutions meet company standards for quality, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–7 years of relevant software development experience
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of production or manufacturing systems
• Database Management: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Software Development: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), version control (e.g., Git), and debugging practices.
• Integration & Automation: Knowledge of API integration, scripting, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of industrial automation or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
