About the Role: We are looking for skilled and passionate women developers who are proficient in either AI/ML or Python with Robotics , and can contribute to both development projects and training programs . You will be responsible for building real-world solutions, guiding student projects, and helping shape the future of tech education and innovation. This opportunity is open to women developers and engineers interested in hands-on development as well as mentoring students. Open Positions: AI/ML Developer & Trainer (Women Only) Python with Robotics Developer & Trainer (Women Only) Key Responsibilities: Development: Design, develop, and test real-time AI/ML models or Robotics-based applications. Collaborate on R&D projects related to smart systems, IoT, or automation. Build and document reusable components and tools for ongoing projects. Work on project-based modules that can be implemented in educational use cases. Support deployment, debugging, and enhancement of tech solutions. Training: Deliver 2-hour sessions (online or offline) to students and interns. Guide students through projects, coding tasks, and tech challenges. Assist in developing educational content, tutorials, and assessments. Provide mentorship to junior developers or trainees. Support students with code reviews and conceptual clarity. Required Skills: For AI/ML Role: Strong Python skills Experience with data analysis and machine learning algorithms Familiarity with libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras Knowledge of regression, classification, clustering, model deployment For Python with Robotics Role: Solid Python programming experience Exposure to microcontrollers, sensors, and hardware integration Familiarity with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or robotics simulators Understanding of control systems, IoT protocols, or real-world interfacing Preferred Qualifications: Any Degree 1+ year of experience in development or training roles (freshers with projects may apply) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for hands-on development and mentoring Previous experience in ed-tech, R&D, or robotics projects is a plus Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and role) Additional incentives for performance and project delivery Application Deadline: Rolling applications – immediate joiners preferred How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief note about your experience and interest in development + mentoring to: shiva.a@ignitewave.in Note: This is a diversity hiring initiative aimed at supporting women in technology .
