Role Overview:

Backend Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of the

  entire software development lifecycle

  — including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Proactively identify and solve technical and business challenges with innovative solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers in the team.
• Contribute to and enhance Agile/DevOps best practices within the team.

Tech Stack / Skills Required:

• Proficient in

  Node.js

  with

  Koa Framework

  and

  TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of

  data structures and algorithms

• Full stack development capability preferred
• Experience programming in

  JavaScript

  and/or

  Java

  (TypeScript is a plus)
• Familiarity with modern development practices including version control, testing frameworks, and CI/CD

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science

  or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full stack software development
