Software Developer Engineer

As a Software Developer Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in coding, designing, deploying, and debugging development projects. Your responsibilities will include contributing to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), such as analysis, requirement gathering, design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing of features. You should be willing to take ownership of the product from end to end. **Key Responsibilities:** - Must have strong expertise in Java/Scala/Go/Rust or any other similar languages. - Strong experience in developing high-quality, production-ready code. - Expertise in building cloud-native scalable and high-performant applications. - Excellent analytic & problem-solving skills. - Involvement in code review and providing technical guidance to the team. - Good knowledge of implementing security and data protection. - Good knowledge in CCaaS/CPaaS/UCaaS Domain or Voice/Telephony applications. - Proficient understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Providing technical assistance, problem resolution, and troubleshooting support. - Coaching junior team members. - Possess good communication and analytical skills. - Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD). - Extensive experience in testing and validating Telephony, VoIP, and WebRTC-based communication systems. - Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, SIP, PJSIP, or equivalent for VoIP testing. - Working knowledge of REST APIs. **Qualification Required:** - Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). - Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
