Job Description: The primary goal of this role is to enhance employees' communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and other essential soft skills to improve customer interactions and overall performance. Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees - Identify training needs and address skill gaps - Develop and customize training content and materials - Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching - Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with operations teams to integrate soft skills training into daily workflows - Ensure training KPIs such as throughput, TNI, TNA, and efficacy are met - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training Eligibility Criteria: - Location: Bangalore - Minimum 3 years of overall experience in the BPO industry - At least 1 year of on-paper experience as a Soft Skills Trainer - Graduation in any stream is mandatory - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Salary and Benefits: - Salary: 5-6 LPA based on experience - 6-day working week - Rotational shifts and week-offs How to Apply: Interested candidates can call or WhatsApp 9696714723 (Homa) to discuss further and align your interview.
