Job Description

Program: Samarth Skill Program (Raah Foundation) Role Overview: We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to guide and train youth (18–25 years) under the Samarth program. The trainer will help students build confidence, improve communication, and prepare for jobs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on English communication, email writing, teamwork, punctuality, resume building, and interview skills Support students through group activities and one-on-one mentoring Track student progress and motivate them to achieve goals Assist in center operations like attendance, reporting, and basic admin Engage with parents and communities to spread awareness about the program Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in any field Good communication skills in English and local language Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email) Passion for teaching, mentoring, and youth development Benefits: Full-time role with training support Opportunity to make a social impact by transforming lives
