Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moradabad for a Soft Skills Trainer. The Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing students' soft skills. Responsibilities include developing training materials, facilitating workshops, conducting interactive sessions on communication, life skills, and presentation skills, and monitoring student progress. This role requires working closely with students to help them achieve personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Life Skills
• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Soft Skills training
• Experience in curriculum development and educational training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Prior experience in a teaching or training role is an advantage
