Soft Skills Trainer (Pune – Based) Location: Pune | Full-Time | Hybrid (On-Site + Remote)

Who Are We Looking For?

We are hiring full-time Soft Skills Trainers based in Pune who will:

• Conduct high-quality offline and online training sessions across SkillSphere’s programs in Pune and occasionally beyond

• Support the Content and Curriculum Team in content development, editing, and curriculum improvements

• Assist the Reporting Team by preparing insightful student reports and managing workshop documentation

You’ll be part of a fast-growing, driven team that works closely with the organization’s leadership to deliver impact at scale.

A Typical Week In Your Role

• Deliver interactive workshops at partner schools (primarily in Pune) across Super Speakers, Enlighten MUN, Global Quizards, and more

• Travel outstation for 6–8 days/month for training events (optional or rotational)

• Create and proofread student reports, feedback summaries, and training documentation

• Support content development — including lesson plans, study guides, quiz curation, and more

• Participate in weekly strategy and planning discussions with the Pune core team

What Should You Be Good At?

• Public speaking and group facilitation (confidence is key; finesse can be trained)

• Communication across all age groups — from students to principals

• Interpersonal skills and team collaboration

• Content writing/editing, especially for educational material

• Passion for education and skill-building

• General awareness of current events, global issues, and youth trends

• Usage of AI tools and applications

• Ability to work independently and align with the vision of a growing organization

Where Will You Work From?

• Pune-based role with travel to different parts of the country for workshops from time to time

• Sessions conducted at various schools in the city (fixed schools + rotational ones)

• Coordination meetings with the core Pune team 1–2 times a week

Compensation

• Starting Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month

• Appraisals based on role evolution, initiative, and performance across verticals

SkillSphere follows a performance-driven culture. You will be assessed based on:

• Student and client feedback from workshops

• Timeliness and quality of report and content submissions

• Contribution to curriculum innovation and team initiatives
