Required Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills:Both verbal and written, including public speaking, active listening, and presenting information effectively.
Strong Interpersonal Skills:Ability to build rapport with participants, create a positive learning environment, and manage group dynamics.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple training sessions and projects.
Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and address challenges during training sessions and adapt to different learning styles.
Knowledge of Soft Skills:A solid understanding of key soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Adaptability:Ability to adjust training methods and content to meet the diverse needs of participants.

Pay: ₹11,250.45 - ₹35,000.00 per month
