Should be able to Independently handle Soft Skills and Communication training & coaching projects as per the business requirement of the AR process.
Should be able to develop curriculum and training modules for the training programs.
Should be able to Analyze & plan training programs based on requirement for Communication skills or any other Etiquette training from the stake holders.
Should be able to identify the Training needs of the Operations team.
Should be able to Provide feedback to enhance Agents Performance
Should be able to ensure measurement & effectiveness of the training program for performance enhancement.
Should be able to ensure follow up sessions for performance enhancement
