Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad as a Soft Service Manager. Key responsibilities include supervising and ensuring quality delivery of housekeeping, pest control, security, parking management, and landscaping services. The role also entails managing vendor relations, liaising with clients, training and monitoring staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The manager will oversee teams to provide efficient, professional, and client-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in soft services management, including housekeeping, pest control, security, parking management, and landscape maintenance
• Strong communication, client management, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
• Understanding of operational and safety compliance standards
• Proficient in team supervision, staff training, and quality control
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Previous experience in integrated facility management or property management is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
