Soft Service Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Housekeeping & Sanitation

• Supervise daily cleaning and hygiene of plant areas, offices, and common spaces.
  
• Ensure compliance with 5S standards, EHS, and factory hygiene norms.
  
• Coordinate pest control and waste disposal activities.
  

2. Cafeteria & Pantry Management

• Manage vendor performance for catering services.
  
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
  
• Plan meal schedules and ensure cost efficiency.
  

3. Security & Safety Support

• Oversee security personnel and access control.
  
• Liaise with security agencies and monitor CCTV systems.
  
• Ensure visitor management and emergency response readiness.
  

4. Transportation & Travel Support

• Manage employee transport facilities, including routes, vehicle maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  
• Handle guest transportation and logistics support for business travel.
  

5. Workplace & Admin Management

• Supervise office administration functions, including front office, mailroom, and courier services.
  
• Ensure upkeep of administrative areas, meeting rooms, and guest areas.
  
• Support event coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
  

6. Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage contracts and SLAs with service providers (housekeeping, catering, security, etc.).
  
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost optimization without compromising service quality.
  
• Conduct periodic audits and performance reviews.
  

7. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, safety norms, FSSAI, etc.).
  
• Maintain MIS reports for management on soft service performance metrics.
