Job Description

As a Housekeeping Manager in Noida for the Property and Asset Management business, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping services and team at the site. Your primary role will be to ensure the maintenance of excellent hygiene standards as per client requirements. Additionally, you will support the management and Property Manager with assigned projects and act as a backup when needed. Your key responsibilities at the site include: - Inspecting work to ensure it meets specifications and standards - Upholding the assignment/task upkeep as per SOP - Planning, scheduling, and assigning work to subordinate supervisors and teams - Conducting regular briefings for ground staff - Enforcing discipline, proper attire, and etiquette among subordinate staff - Managing vendors and holding regular meetings for issue resolution - Implementing standard operating procedures for smooth site operations - Addressing service and equipment complaints promptly and taking corrective actions - Maintaining records of work hours, budgets, and other relevant information - Performing regular rounds to evaluate facility conditions and required work - Checking and maintaining equipment for proper functionality - Briefing and de-briefing supervisory staff - Monitoring cleaning activities to maintain premises and equipment lifespan - Conducting regular training on work policies and procedures - Managing consumable stock inventory for adequate supplies - Selecting, ordering, or purchasing new equipment, supplies, or furnishings - Preparing various reports such as DMR, MMR, QBR, and other relevant reports - Recommending improvements for services and operational efficiency - Performing financial tasks like estimating costs and managing budgets - Planning and arranging beautification changes in certain areas quarterly and for events You will be working at the specified site, which is described as ___site name___, a ___type___ situated at ___location___. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Degree/Diploma in hotel management/hospitality with a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience.
