Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Society Manager located in Pune. The Society Manager will manage daily operations, coordinate with staff and vendors, maintain records, ensure compliance with regulations, handle resident queries, and oversee financial aspects such as budgeting and accounting. Additionally, the role involves organizing community events and ensuring the overall well-being of the society's residents.

Qualifications

  • Experience in daily operations management, staff coordination, and vendor management
  • Strong record-keeping and compliance management skills
  • Financial management, budgeting, and accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize community events and resolve resident queries
  • Proficiency in MS Office and management software
  • Relevant experience in property or society management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Salary Will Be 22k
