Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Social Media Strategist. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing social media accounts, and creating content strategies. Additional responsibilities include engaging with audiences, enhancing brand presence, coordinating with public relations efforts, and analyzing social media metrics to guide improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Renuvan's business goals. You'll be responsible for identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate platforms, and creating a content calendar.

• Community Building:

  Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, initiating discussions, and fostering a positive environment. Your goal is to transform followers into loyal brand advocates.

• Content & Brand Design:

  Design and create visually appealing, original content (graphics, videos, posts, etc.) that reflects our brand's unique personality and aesthetic. You'll ensure a consistent brand voice and look across all platforms.

• Performance & Analytics:

  Track, analyze, and report on key

  engagement metrics

  such as likes, shares, comments, clicks, and conversions. You'll use these insights to continuously optimize our strategy and campaigns.

• Trend Monitoring:

  Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Renuvan's social presence fresh and innovative.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a social media strategist, community manager, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful community-building initiatives.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Experience with graphic design software like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• A passion for building online communities and a deep understanding of what drives engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Public Relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Experience in the sustainability or luxury industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
