We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (1+ year experience) who lives and breathes trends, thrives on engagement, and can turn brand stories into scroll-stopping moments. Note: We're looking for an immmediate joiner (Joining will be ASAP or within a week) Agency expirence will be bonus Point What You’ll Be Doing: Planning, implementing, and maintaining a dynamic social media presence across all major platforms to drive web traffic and customer engagement. Assist in creating original content—text, images—that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Managing and scheduling posts, responding to followers, and building active online communities. Developing and executing social media calendars and strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and support business goals. Monitoring analytics, setting goals, and reporting on campaign performance to optimize results. Collaborating with creative, marketing, and client teams to brainstorm and deliver innovative campaigns. Staying ahead of digital trends, experimenting with new content formats, and leveraging emerging platforms. What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of professional experience managing social media (agency or brand side preferred). Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X , LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and social media management tools. Strong creative and communication skills, with a portfolio of engaging social content and campaigns. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and optimizing for performance.
