Assist in creating original content—text, images—that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Managing and scheduling posts, responding to followers, and building active online communities. Developing and executing social media calendars and strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and support business goals. Monitoring analytics, setting goals, and reporting on campaign performance to optimize results. Collaborating with creative, marketing, and client teams to brainstorm and deliver innovative campaigns. What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of professional experience managing social media (agency or brand side preferred).
