Job Description

Position Summary

The Social Media Executive / Manager at Omnia Digital plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing content across platforms. This role requires a mix of creative flair, strategic thinking, and strong coordination skills to ensure every campaign runs seamlessly — from ideation to execution.


You’ll manage content calendars, draft engaging copy, coordinate with designers and editors, and ensure timely delivery of assets. You’ll also act as the point of contact for clients, overseeing communication, feedback, and approvals, while maintaining the overall quality and consistency of each brand’s digital presence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Execution

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines.
  • Write on-brand copy for posts, reels, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and motion artists for asset creation and delivery.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Track performance and optimize content based on analytics.


2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Gather briefs, share timelines, and ensure approvals for all deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate updates, performance reports, and recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client tone, aesthetics, and brand direction.


3. Creative & Production Oversight

  • Oversee photoshoots or video shoots when required — from coordination to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ideate creative campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure all visual and written content aligns with the brand identity and campaign objectives.


4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments — design, strategy, performance, and production — to ensure alignment across deliverables.
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate ORM and community management efforts alongside the accounts team.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong command over English and creative copywriting.
  • Understanding of visual aesthetics and content trends.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and client-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
