Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence and campaigns across various platforms. You will develop content strategies, create engaging posts, analyze performance metrics, and work to grow our brands online community and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and manage relationships where applicable.
  • Support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts through creative campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor social media activity and industry best practices to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms
