Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in Pune. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing online profiles, creating and managing content strategies, and enhancing public relations through social media platforms. The role also includes analyzing social media performance, fostering audience engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and ability to curate and manage engaging content
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and message crafting
• Experience in Public Relations and building strong brand presence
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Knowledge of current trends in digital and social media platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
