Job Description

Objective:Revive and enhance SMV’s online presence, engage stakeholders, and create impactful collateral for stakeholders, dealers, and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management

  • Weekly content creation and posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Ensure content aligns with SMV’s brand voice and marketing strategy.
  • Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) weekly, aiming for a monthly growth in audience engagement.

2. Case Studies Development

  • Prepare and deliver 2-3 detailed and compelling case studies per month, featuring customers, dealers, or impactful success stories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and dealers to collect necessary insights, testimonials, and data points.
  • Publish case studies across social media platforms.

3. Marketing Collateral Creation

  • Design and create professional marketing materials for Fancy E-Rickshaw including brochures, product sheets, infographics, and promotional visuals.
  • Collateral to be developed monthly or as per special campaigns/events.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, clarity, and professional quality of all collateral.

4. Quarterly Newsletter

  • Create a well-structured, engaging newsletter each quarter.
  • Include highlights such as business updates, industry trends, dealer/customer stories, upcoming events, and product developments.

5. Content Strategy & Analytics Develop a monthly content calendar outlining planned posts, topics, and key messages. Provide monthly analytics reports summarizing performance, engagement trends. 6. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Maintain consistent communication with SMV’s internal team for alignment and timely approval of all materials.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming deliverables.

Performance Metrics: Social Media Engagement: Growth in followers, increased engagement rate, improved reach. Case Studies: Timely delivery, stakeholder feedback, visibility metrics. Marketing Collateral: Quality assessment, stakeholder usage, distribution effectiveness. Newsletter:Timely publication of the newsletter.Reporting & Monitoring: Weekly performance reports to track progress against defined metrics. Monthly strategy reviews to refine approach based on insights.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
