About the Role:

Social Media Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

Content Creation:

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikToks
• Be on camera or direct others confidently

Scriptwriting:

• Write short-form, trending, high-engagement content
• Create hooks and concepts that convert

Social Media Management:

• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube pages
• Schedule, post, and engage with followers

Strategy & Campaigns:

• Plan viral campaigns
• Track analytics and tweak for performance
• Ideate monthly content calendars

Paid Ads:

• Run Meta (Facebook + Instagram) & YouTube ads
• Collaborate with designers and media buyers

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in social media/content roles
• Comfortable on camera and behind it
• Strong portfolio that proves you know what works online
• Proactive, self-driven, and trend-savvy
• Strong understanding of what content works for Gen Z + Millennial audiences
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience in real estate, finance, or startup brand building
• Basic graphic design skills
