Social Media Specialist

About the Role

Mondial Kommunications is looking for a Social Media Executive. In this role you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content and engagement for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars for client social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
• Write & Create engaging, professional, and on-brand social copy aligned with client messaging
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using relevant tools
• Engage with audience comments, DMs, and tags in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor client mentions and flag potential issues (crisis/risk escalation)
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth
• Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with trends in corporate communication and digital media

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, and Instagram - especially for corporate/B2B audiences
• Excellent command of written English, with a flair for short, impactful copy
• Ability to create visual content (Canva or similar tools)
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working without a digital team
• Eye for detail, brand tone, and reputation management
