Senior Social Media Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a

  strategic social media plan

  aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Manage and grow brand presence across

  LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

• Create and oversee

  content calendars, campaigns, and paid promotions.

• Collaborate with the

  content, design, and marketing teams

  to deliver engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on

  social media performance metrics

  using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Stay updated with

  social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

  to enhance brand reach and engagement.
• Manage community engagement responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions promptly.
• Drive

  lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement

  through innovative campaigns.
• Oversee

  social media ad budgets

  and optimize campaigns for best ROI.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and creative ideas.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years

  of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Proven expertise in

  content strategy, campaign planning, and social media advertising.

• Strong understanding of

  B2B and B2C audience dynamics.

• Proficiency in tools like

  Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

• Excellent

  copywriting and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  finance, technology, or professional services

  industry (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of

  SEO and content marketing integration.

• Familiarity with

  AI-driven content or automation tools

  (optional).
