Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media sPECIALIST to manage our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content sense, strategic thinking, and proven experience in handling a team while driving engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Create, review, and approve creative content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Handle and guide the social media team, ensuring quality output and timely delivery.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Handle brand communication and ensure consistency in tone and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
• Proven experience in team handling and coordination.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with brand or agency accounts is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,905.63 - ₹36,299.96 per month
