Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Expert

Location: On-site, Pune KondhawaDepartment: Digital MarketingReports To: Social Media Head / Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and devotional Social Media Manager & Content Expert who can plan, create, review, and manage spiritually impactful content across digital platforms. This job includes script writing, content review and finalization, team leading and strategic posting.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Script Writing

• Write engaging, devotional, and impactful scripts for reels, videos, and live sessions.
• Ensure tone, messaging, and storytelling reflect ISKCON’s vision and align with spiritual standards.
• Research relevant topics, trends, and shastric references to enrich content depth.

Content Review & Finalization

• Review all media before posting to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with ISKCON’s guidelines.
• Work with video editors, designers, and voice artists to finalize posts for publishing
• Edit and proofread content to maintain devotional integrity and clarity.

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build a devotional online community.
• Track analytics and suggest improvements for greater reach and spiritual impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in social media management and script/content writing.
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube best practices and algorithms.
• Proficiency in content planning tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• Social media marketing: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Digital marketing (Preferred)
