We are seeking a creative and brand-focused Content & Social Media Specialist who can write engaging, trend-driven content that speaks to audiences and aligns with brand goals. The ideal candidate must be a team player who can coordinate effectively with graphic designers and video editors to deliver high-quality, visually cohesive content.

You will also work closely with our designers and video editors to ensure all content is visually appealing and maintains the highest quality standards. Strong coordination and teamwork skills are a must to deliver seamless, impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, ads, and other marketing materials.
• Adapt tone and style according to brand voice and target audience.
• Trend Research & Creative Ideation
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, pop culture, and viral formats.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that resonate with current trends.
• Campaign Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate with video editors to ensure smooth content execution (Reels, shorts, promo videos, etc.).
• Quality Control
• Review and proofread all content before publication.
• Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and visual alignment across platforms.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track the performance of content using insights and analytics tools.
• Suggest improvements based on engagement data and content reach.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing or social media management.
• Excellent command of English (written & grammar).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content performs best on each.
• Ability to think creatively and write in different brand voices.
• Team player with coordination skills (Design, Video, Marketing).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Docs, and social scheduling platforms.
• Bonus: Basic SEO, reels script writing, or paid ad copy experience.
