Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist for The Good Doll in Ooty, The Nilgiris, you will play a crucial role in bringing Nilah's stories to life on digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. Your main responsibilities will include being the on-camera face and voice of the brand, collaborating with the content team to create engaging photo/video content, managing social media handles, engaging with the community, tracking analytics, and ensuring brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Be the on-camera face and voice of The Good Doll on various digital channels. - Collaborate with the content strategist to transform storyboards into compelling photo/video content. - Work with the content specialist to create reels, stories, and posts. - Manage and schedule posts across different social media platforms. - Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive content. - Track analytics and provide insights to optimize content performance. - Maintain brand language and consistency across all digital touchpoints. What We're Looking For: - Female candidates preferred. - Strong comfort and confidence in front of the camera. - Experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content. - Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement. - Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics preferred. - Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil/Hindi for bilingual content is a bonus). - Creative, enthusiastic, and aligned with children's storytelling and conscious brands.
