About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly/weekly social calendar and align with campaigns, events, and content plans.
  • Create and publish engaging content (posts, captions, carousels, short videos/reels, audiograms, YouTube shorts).
  • Manage workflows: scheduling, tagging, approvals, and maintaining asset libraries.
  • Engage with followers: monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and jump into relevant industry conversations.
  • Apply best practices across platforms (LinkedIn carousels, YouTube SEO, Instagram reels, X threads, podcasts).
  • Track trends and surface fresh, B2B-relevant content ideas.
  • Support paid social by boosting high-performing posts and tracking results.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, traffic, leads) and prepare clean weekly dashboards.
  • Enforce brand guidelines for tone, visuals, and accessibility.
  • Follow compliance and moderation policies.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 -5 years managing social for B2B (services or SaaS), with

    LinkedIn as a core channel.

  • Proven execution across content creation, scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting able to simplify technical/operational topics.
  • Skilled with lightweight design/video tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Rush).
  • Platform fluency: LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify/podcasts, Instagram, X, GBP.
  • Experience with scheduling tools (HubSpot Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout) and GA4/UTM tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to link posts to leads and pipeline.
  • Able to work independently on-site, collaborating closely with Marketing Ops, Sales, and Operations.

Nice to Have

  • Employee advocacy playbooks and enablement.
  • Podcast production basics.
  • YouTube SEO and schema optimization.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing/BPM narratives.
