The ideal candidate must have strong logical thinking , the ability to take initiative, and lead tasks independently. A minimum of 3 years' experience in backend or BPO operations is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage backend operations such as data processing, record keeping, and reporting Perform with strong logical and problem-solving ability Maintain accuracy and consistency in day-to-day tasks Work with a 360-degree view — handle tasks beyond job title when needed Take ownership of responsibilities and complete tasks without reminders Lead junior team members and assist in their task management Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal SOPs Identify and implement process improvements Required Skills: Excellent logical thinking and decision-making ability Strong sense of responsibility and accountability Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize under pressure Good communication (written & verbal) Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital tools Team leadership and task delegation experience is a plus Qualifications: Any graduate (Computer Science) Minimum 3 years of experience in backend/BPO operations Leadership experience or exposure to cross-functional tasks preferred Having a laptop and a two-wheeler is mandatory.
