Operations & Export/Import Manager (Food Industry)

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage both food production operations and export/import business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food production(Dairy, Edible Oil, Millets, Gluten - Free Products) ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage workforce, production planning, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and manage international export/import operations.
• Build and maintain strong client and buyer connections to expand business globally.
• Handle shipping, customs, and documentation for exports/imports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in food production management.
• Strong background in export/import business with proven client network.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking role.
• 2 Wheeler and Laptop is mandatory.
