Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media PR Executive located in South West Delhi. The Social Media PR Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing content across various social media platforms, and monitoring social media trends. The role includes engaging with our online audience, managing digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating public relations activities to enhance the organization's online presence.

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, graphics, video) aligned with brand voice and strategy
    • Draft press releases, media invites, announcements, and PR pitches
    • Manage and grow online community engagement, including replying to comments, DMs, and queries
    • Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and partners for online PR and collaborations
    • Track analytics and prepare performance reports for social media and PR campaigns
    • Stay updated with digital trends and best practices for real-time brand positioning
    • Support internal communications and event promotions on digital platforms


    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong creative thinking and copywriting ability
    • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for basic design
    • Good understanding of social media metrics and engagement strategies
    • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
