Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Placement Officer located in Bhubaneswar. The Academic Placement Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating campus placements, providing career counseling to students, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with educational institutions and industry partners. The role involves developing and implementing placement strategies, maintaining relationships with recruiters, and assisting students in preparing for job interviews and career opportunities. Qualifications Experience in managing campus placements and coordinating with recruiters Strong communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in career counseling and providing guidance to students Ability to design and conduct training sessions Background in education and understanding of academic environments Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Industry Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with companies and industry partners.
