Job Description – Social Media Executive (Branding Strategy)

Job Summary:

creative and strategic Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement social media branding strategies aligned with company goals.
Build a strong brand voice and identity across all channels.
Create monthly content calendars with a focus on branding and engagement.

Content Creation & Management

Write compelling posts, captions, and campaign ideas.
Collaborate with designers and video editors for creatives.
Ensure content consistency with brand guidelines.

Competitor & Trend Analysis

Research industry competitors and analyze their branding approach.
Identify trends to keep content innovative and engaging.

Community Engagement

Manage brand interactions with followers across platforms.
Build meaningful engagement with the target audience.

Performance Tracking

Track key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement).
Provide insights and suggestions for content optimization.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in social media management/branding.
Strong writing and creative skills.
Knowledge of platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
