Job Profile: Social Media Marketing Specialist Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and strengthen our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving measurable growth in brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. • Create engaging, original, and shareable content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube. • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximise ROI. • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. • Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and manage online reputation. • Identify growth opportunities through influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community building. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. • Experience with paid advertising and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Buffer, Hootsuite). • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience: • 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing. • Experience in SEO, content marketing, or graphic design (Adobe/Canva) is a plus.
