Role Summary:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating content and executing branding initiatives that align with Axis Capital’s values and business goals. You will work closely with leadership and cross-function teams to ensure impactful engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for LinkedIn and for communication within the organization.
• Create thought leadership content in collaboration with the stakeholders.
• Design branded templates for recurring content formats.
• Optimize content based on engagement data and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign inputs and approvals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in financial services.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and branding work.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent written communication skills with professional tone.
• Understanding of investment banking or financial terminology is a plus.
