• 2–4 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and client-handling skills.
• Leadership mindset — ability to manage workload, delegate tasks, and mentor juniors.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and results-focused.
