Mokhani Arts and Films is committed to pushing artistic boundaries and fostering innovation. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Casting Associate. The Casting Associate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting acting talent, assisting with pre-production tasks, and managing casting calls. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with directors and production teams to ensure seamless casting processes and supporting the post-production team when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Source and engage new model/actor talent across websites and social media platforms. Collect, review, and organize digital portfolios and headshots for candidates. Coordinate and schedule auditions (virtual and in-person), sometimes conducting initial rounds. Support CEO with candidate shortlisting and feedback. Facilitate contract negotiation and onboarding of selected talent. Organize training sessions and assist with model development. Occasionally participate in role-play or scene simulation during auditions. Maintain records, contracts, schedules, and ongoing communication with all models.
