Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Casting Associate. The Casting Associate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting acting talent, assisting with pre-production tasks, and managing casting calls. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with directors and production teams to ensure seamless casting processes and supporting the post-production team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage new model/actor talent across websites and social media platforms.
• Collect, review, and organize digital portfolios and headshots for candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule auditions (virtual and in-person), sometimes conducting initial rounds.
• Support CEO with candidate shortlisting and feedback.
• Facilitate contract negotiation and onboarding of selected talent.
• Organize training sessions and assist with model development.
• Occasionally participate in role-play or scene simulation during auditions.
• Maintain records, contracts, schedules, and ongoing communication with all models.
• Ensure profiles and audition footage are uploaded effectively on our digital talent platform.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Casting
• Experience with Pre-production processes
• Familiarity with Video Post-Production
• Knowledge or experience in Singing is a plus
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the film or arts industry is advantageous
